Note: The seat cushion is in excellent condition. The current fabric and seat cushioning have seen little use. As an option (preference based), the seat cushion can be professionally reupholstered to your choice of fabric. The labor for doing the work would be $250 (without piping) and $300 (with piping). (Leather is possible and will be a bit extra-inquire for more info) We will tell you how much fabric material is needed and you will need to provide the fabric. If you want the seat to be reupholstered, inquire for further details.
